I applied to Dimensional online and interviewed on campus. The interview was only behavioral and fit questions and the interviewer was pleasant and made you feel excited about the opportunity. Still waiting to hear back.
three rounds. First HR, second senior manager, third super day. There are 5 rounds in super day. The interview questions will be based on your resume. Also, they will ask you about investment philosophy.
