I was interviewed remotely for a position that was supposed to be based in Cape Town, but both interviewers were in different African countries. I sensed that one of the interviewers had a bad attitude from the beginning and seemed disinterested. This might have been due to a perceived rivalry since we were in the same country, or maybe they were just in a bad mood - I guess I'll never know. It's been over a year, so I don't recall all the details, but I do remember a negative vibe during the interview.

Applied on job portal, process was lengthy with many steps and tests after tests, one test being to build a software solution with their proprietary tool, without ever even speaking to someone from the company
