I applied online and received a call for an interview 3 days later . The interview from the start went downhill because she wanted to know my availability and due to children's daycare hours I can only work during the day week days . She stated I need to work atleast two nights and Sunday didn't count . From then on she seemed very uninterested , didn't really ask me anything other than how can I workout getting a new babysitter for nights . She also stated that my outfit wasn't appropriate for dillards and that my past job probably doesn't care what I wore but they do here . She was very condescending throughout the interview . I was very turned off and was just ready to leave . From what she described of the position wouldn't leave me with much of a home life and I felt very pressured about sales she said I would need to make or I would be fired . She offered me the job but I declined
Standard interview, quite short (20 minutes) for the first round. Asked about past experience, sales skills, expected pay, and my future goals at the company. Interviewers were very nice and welcoming, made the experience much less intimidating!
Not sure what to expect. When I spoke to the manager it felt very condescending and off putting. The interview was fine but they exaggerated the amount of commission associates can make and didn’t even give me a chance to agree to a job offer just assumed that I would take it. I don’t have very high hopes about how it will be working there. When I came in for my interview one associate didn’t even greet me like she did the last customer and the energy of the atmosphere just felt super dull and soulless. I need this job on my resume as a fashion business student for internships so I’ll push through but not at all optimistic about the work environment.

Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
