Three rounds of interview process . 1.Talent acquisition - Screening process . She was super responsive and arranged rounds as per my convenient dates and time . 2. Technical Round - Questions on my technical skills mentioned in CV and customer handling scenario based questions. Interviewer was very friendly and interactive. 3. Hiring Manger Round - it was a different kind of interview I have never went before , live scenario based questions , given feedback on my negatives and positives itself in the interview which will be helpful for me. Totally very nice interview experience with diligent.
