After submitting my application, the first step was a quick phone interview with Tara, head of HR. Then I had a video call with my potential new manager. The final step was to spend some time in the office to meet the team and directors. I was made to feel so welcome, learned about the business and the different roles, and got a real feel for the vibes. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the process was, and appreciated that communications were continuous throughout the duration. Easily the most enjoyable interview experience I've had.
