Very smooth. Was asked general questions of capability in a nice manner, manager was very polite and open to any questions you may have had about the job. Very friendly and had an open demeanor.

The interview was very warm, with a friendly atmosphere, but also structured. Come prepared, and dress like you already work there. While the initial process seems very corporate, once you have your local recruiter it feels much more personal, which I thought was a positive.

Very easy to talk with, extremely nice, and informative. The interviewer funeral director in Brandon Florida was wonderful and introduced me to all the employees in the office, and made sure I understood all my responsibilities.
