I can honestly say that this was the best interview process I have ever been through! I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter a couple of days after I applied for the position. A few days later, I was asked to interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter checked in later that day to ask how everything went, and I received feedback the following day that the hiring manager wanted me to meet with a few others on the team. I was offered the position two days later! What set this interview process apart from others was the consistent communication and feedback that I received from the recruiter. It made a world of difference.
