J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Digitas en mai 2009
Entretien
First I applied to Digitas via their website on which they had posted several positions in Boston, New York, and Atlanta. Then, they contacted me to hold a phone interview. The phone interview led to a in-person interview at their Boston office. The interview was with five different individuals, one after another.

Applied online and got through first round interviews where they gave you a link to a webcam recording interview where they flash you a question, have 1 minute to prepare your answer, and up to a minute to record your answer (the timer starts automatically!). In total there were about 3-4 questions you had to answer. Got an email saying that I've been asked for an in-person interview at their offices in Boston. Interview process involved 30 minute interviews with 3 people in the S&A department, back to back to back. Friendly people for the most part. I was was anticipating a case study question since this is an S&A internship, but I only got behaviorals (tell me about yourself, why advertising?) and questions about trends that you see happening in the future. However, it seems like they mostly looking for rising seniors/graduates to hire because going into the interview they automatically assumed I was a junior until I told them I was only a sophomore.

Pretty standard interview process, meet with people of varying level and all ask you the same types of questions to determine; what type of person you are, do you fit the culture, and do you have the intellectual curiosity to do well.
