I applied through the Linkedin, after few days I got a call from the HR for the initial test, which contained questions of aptitude, programming, scenario questions and English. I got a call from HR for the interviews after clearing the test. After a week we an email for brief session about the job and company.

It was easy and simple, they judge the level of interest & confidence , how much I am serious about the job , previous experience if any ,ask about future education plans, how fruitful I will be for organisation.

Entretien
It was an amazing and smooth process. It consisted of 2 consecutive interviews. One had Technical Questions and other one had formal questions. Everything about the company role was made clear at the last of interview.
