The interview process was fantastic and also efficient. After speaking with my recruiter and having a great conversation, we moved directly to the manager interview where I got to speak with my future manager and talk both about the technical parts of the job and about how the role would fit with my career growth and goals. Right after this, I went into the interview loop and I enjoyed both the depth and breadth of technical and behavioral interviews as well as the personal interactions of meeting everyone on my team. I really liked that I was interviewed directly by the team members who I would be working with and the emphasis on soft skills as well that are crucial to teamwork, building consensus, and also being humble about learning. Once the offer stage began, it was great working with both my manager and the recruiter. Also, my recruiter provided a lot of detailed info about benefits and other policies which was nice to have to evaluate the offer.
