First off want to say that the recruiter made the whole process incredibly seamless . He worked with me on scheduling and kept an open line of communication in regards to the job but also DO culture and benefits! so helpful!! I applied online and immediately was reached out to by a recruiter. I spoke with the recruiter on the phone and then set up a hiring manager screen after that, which lasted an hour. Then, I completed a coding exercise. After passing the coding exercise, I got a call from the recruiter to schedule another interview which was technical in nature. After that interview, I scheduled two more to get a feel for what the culture is like at DO.

It was average. Started with trainee program where they teach and then take final assessments to guage who deserves the job. You must have problem solving skills and negotiations skills
