The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and we had a chat exchange. They sent over the job description and application form. Once submitted I had a screening interview with the recruiter (30 mins). After that I met with the hiring manager for a 30-45 min interview and subsequently four other team members (30 mins each). There was a two week pause between my interviews and the offer which were due to two issues with the job description: one being legal wording on salary band due to Colorado laws and the other being an internal discussion on priorities and a job description re-write.
