Was very interested in working at DigitalOcean and to contribute to their success, applied for the position on their site, was contacted back within a few days with great interest, after answering some initial questions over email, everything went dead silent. Tried to reach back out multiple times with no response back. I would have expected at least a common courtesy email to say thanks but no thanks... the recruiter seemed to have his foot half way out the door as his LinkedIn profile kept asking for job opportunities elsewhere almost every day — as of recent (mid-September 2018), he is no longer at DigitalOcean. It’s unfortunate because I still believe in their products and services and that I could make a positive impact to their organization.
