I applied directly on the DO website and heard back a few days later. The recruiter scheduled a 30 min phone interview. When she called, I got the strong sense she was rushed or this was not an interview she was prepared for. She asked one question before asking if I had any questions, her tone made the interview feel completed, when we had only spoken for barely 2 minutes. I then had to ask her if SHE had more questions because we sat in silence and felt very uncomfortable. I was disappointed in the phone screen since I've myself have performed screens and was ready for a great conversation since DO has a wonderful reputation.
