Short, introduction Zoom call, scheduled well. We enterered the call, the interviewer made a little introduction then asked about myself and my background. At the end we discussed about the remote option.

Entretien
This company will ask you to do tests, and then they will not be honest about the result, asking you for a pay range.
If you give a reasonable pay range they will decline, saying that your test wasn't good enough in order to pay you less.
This is a company that aims to recruit in Portugal to mitigate the salaries of their human resources.
Be aware, don't fall for the oldest trick in recruiting.

Question 1
I wasn't ask any technical question, strange, only to develop a project plan for a customer. Its also good to know that this test had not more than 4 specific keywords. They don't put effort on the test, you will need to imagine the entire problem, roadblocks, solutions, etc, without knowing a single thing about the company.
This ensure that DigitalSilk can always reply to your test that you aren't good enough and then they will offer you 25% less than you ask.
