Unless you are in dire need of a job, you should avoid applying here. My experience was extremely negative, and I found the team to be unprofessional.
I applied for the position twice.
The first time, I was informed that I had to complete all the online tests within two weeks. I finished them within one week and submitted my results. However, they then immediately informed me that all vacancies had been filled and they could not process my application. They promised to contact me when the next cohort opened if I agreed to this arrangement. I agreed and expected them to reach out. It took me a significant amount of time to prepare for and complete these tests.
Despite this, they didn't contact me when I saw the next cohort open online. I emailed the recruitment team who had contacted me previously but received no reply. Consequently, I had to redo the same tests. This time, I was informed I had progressed to the interview stage.
During the video interview, the interviewer’s behaviour was quite unprofessional. She frequently stared in various directions, bit her nails and even greeted and waved at other people. She only showed part of her face and did not ask me to introduce myself in the beginning. Instead, she started with a behaviour-based question. I didn't feel respected and was certain that she was not paying attention to my answers.
This experience convinced me that the company is unprofessional and that the recruitment team lacks respect for applicants. I strongly advise against applying to this company if you can avoid it to save your valuable time.

assessment followed by 2 interviews the last one being with a member of the team of the pathway you applied for. The assessment consisted of 3 cultural questions, a maths test and a coding challenge

Very polite, easy going, and friendly. I had a good time chatting with my interviewer. They asked me questions that guided me towards answering in a way that helped my interview.
