Sat with Branch Manager. Very relaxed environment. Most questions directly related to the job, one or two "curveballs", but overall a very standard interview. Lasted a little over an hour with some questions about past work experience, expectations for the new role, etc.

Setup an interview time at the branch I was applying to. On the day of the interview I sat with the manager and assistant manager who asked me several customer service and experience questions, and then had me fill out a written questionnaire. Heard back from them less than a week later.
