Interview Process is exhaustive, but necessary. When DB offers a position to someone that person is well acquainted with the environment as well as what will be expected of them. The questions also thoroughly vet a candidate to make sure that the candidate will meet the needs of Digital Bungalow. You will be interviewed by members of several departments over the course of several 1 or 2 hour interviews. It is a process that is rewarding for those that are hired as well as valuable for highlighting deficiencies in candidates who are not -- a worthwhile endeavor.

Some of the questions in the interview pertain to challenging and rewarding events that occurred as far back as in high school. While it may be hard to remember the details of the event the question is observed as not only an answer, but your approach to a question.
