I found out about DAI through a careers fair where I gave in my CV. I got a call back a week later inviting me to an interview - they reimburse any travel expenses if informed in advance. I was asked to prepare some examples of C code, and if I didn't have any experience, to complete the easy puzzles on www.codingame.com. There were three interviews: HR, management and technical. - HR interview was pretty standard, asking about your work preferences, driving etc. - Management asked a couple of competencies questions. - Technical asked about more specific things to the role. They showed me a plan of logistics at a warehouse and asked me to describe what I saw.
