Entretien
Digineer's interview process is extensive. There is an initial interview with a recruiter. If the recruiter thinks you are a good fit, they will send you a series of evaluations: a DISC type profile, a basic math/accounting test, and a logic test. If you do well on those they will set up three interviews: a technical interview, a management interview, and an interview specific to the client they will assign you to.

Entretien
1. HR & 1st interview - Great, thorough, friendly & human
2. Questionnaire Test - This was very long & detailed yet about half did not seem to accurately assess relevant experience & skills. For example, why was there a challenging timed math test?
3. Final Interview - The sr. interviewer gave the impression they liked me without asking clarification if they had a concern. Then suddenly-- a very hasty decision not to hire me was made (which felt dehumanizing considering how much effort had been made.)
