I was working in Saudi Arabia as a Lead QHSE when I decided to move on to UAE. I ended up getting an interview invite on email for this company. It was a Skype interview schedule which was arranged by the HR I believe and I was supposed to have an interview with some manager through Skype. It started with basic introduction and current job role and that is when the real fun began.

I e-mailed asking if there is any vacancy available as a robotics engineer or if they have any internship available. They replied and called me in for an interview with one of the marketing leads. The interview went really well and they informed me that they were ready to hire me but I would have to have a technical interview and that they would e-mail the details to me. After a few days, they still had not sent me the details and they don't have any HR so I emailed the person who invited me for the interview. This person did not reply to a couple of my e-mails. After this, I e-mailed their general e-mail address again but once again, no reply. After calling the company, I found out that the person who invitd me for an interview was on leave and, so were most of the managers. So i requested to speak with another manager (who was also involved in my application process) and that person was the rudest person to ever speak with in a company. This person said things like "Why are you calling me? We will call you if we want to hire you," even though they had already informed me that they want to hire me. This person also said things which made it seem as if my degree was not acceptable to work on robotics, even though from the research that I did, I could easily tell that they had little to no experience in it themselves.
