Our recruitment process for the Front-End Developer role is divided in two parts; the first interview is strictly technical and the second one is to see the fit with the company & the team.
As indicated in our job postings, the fit is really important, but it makes more sense for us to start by assessing the candidate’s technical skills for technical roles. This explains why the interviewer was focussed more on the hard skills required for the job.
We put into place an ATS (applicants tracking system) in May 2018 to make sure that we get back to every candidate. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!
