A first approach, a technical challenge, a challenge review, a session of 1:1s with team, offer.
Pretty standard interview process for a European company.
The process duration can be somewhere between one to two weeks. This is quite negotiable from the get-go.

Basically why do you want to work with us and what would you bring to the table.
Quick chat with HR, followed by a small tech talk with the CTO. After that a take home challenge that is used as a base for a discussion with the CTO and a couple engineers more.
Over all, a very enjoyable process and interesting challenge.
