Applied online. Didn't get a resume response for a long time. I eventually got a coderpad interview with the hiring manager though. It was very brief though and after I explained my background to the interviewer, the interviewer ended it without telling me why. I guess the interviewer didn't like something I said? I never got to a coding exercise, so of course I received a generic "thanks but no thanks" email the day after with no feedback.
