Easy. Had to do an improve auditions. This was as they opened the brand new location, so the hiring process will be different now. We all had to meet at a hotel conference room and they interviewed everyone.
Easy, applied on Indeed and interviewed in person. Had to audition for my job and had fun doing it. Unique to say the least, but it let my personality show.

Entretien
Servers are usually hired and trained in groups, and have to audition for the job most of the time. You are often asked to dance or perform in front of the staff, and asked crazy and quirky questions...being as we are a crazy and quirky place! We don't have individual menus, but have menus on blackboards hung on all the walls. Servers are required to recite and explain menu items verbally to each table in an entertaining manner. It can be difficult with the loud music in the background. Training generally lasts 4-5 days.

Question 1
The final step of training is called the verbal assault, where the manager asks you a series of questions and you are required to demonstrate your own personalized verbal menu in front of a group of fellow employees. This occurs on the last day of training.
