Had initial zoom screening with recruiter, Kate Popelka, which lasted maybe 10 minutes max. That was followed by an interview with two senior managers, Limor and Chrystal. What struck me as odd is that they both sat in on the interview. Unfortunately both managers talked more about the role than asking about my experience. They had my resume present with them, and from my observation it seemed like they had not taken the time to adequately review it before sitting down for the interview. I would also like to highlight that they were early on in the hiring phase for this role, but their communication post interview left much to be desired. Despite reaching out nearly a month after the second round interview it took the aforementioned recruiter over two more weeks to follow up.
