Phone interview which is short on point 10 mins, then personal (if possible now) and after that in 1-2 weeks the offer or decline comes via phone from the HR department so pretty quick process, i would highly recommend Diageo as an employer

It was quite smooth but selection took a long period . Overall nice company .I have left it 5 months back . I got this opportunity via placement in my college and overall process took 3 months
