Based on technical and soft skills. Three rounds of interview. Entire process was very enriching. Hiring HR was very supportive. The process was very smooth and tested technical skill adequately.
Focus was also on core values.

Arranged by the agency, interviews managed through them as well. Couple of rounds of interviews. Fairly straightforward questions but not much room for a two way conversation. The manager didn’t seem wanting to navigate away from the standard script.

Face to face 1 on 1 interview, very easy going, wanted to know about myself and cultural fit to Diageo. The interviewer spoke with pride about the brands and the company - and made me feel valued to be invited to join.
