Entretien
Rigorous but did enjoy the process and met a lot of people during it. It took longer than expected though I was just eager. The company seems diligent about finding the right people for their teams.

Very direct but, basic, understanding of major achievements in career and examples of success, failures, etc..questions about personality and much focused on HOW you deliver things rather then WHAT. this is very important for the company
