1st interview by agency and the second interview was in person with hiring manager. The interview with the staffing agency was a phone interview and it was very short. They asked me about my experience placing candidates in the finance industry. The second interview was at the Diageo Office in Norwalk with the Hiring Manager and she asked me about my professional background, expertise in recruitment, consumer goods industry and placing executives in finance field. Also about my experience with ATS - Application Tracking System and Linked in. At the end the hiring manager detailed the requirements they were looking for this role and that I would be placing candidates in USA and Canada.
