Very complete and rigorous interview process with multiple interviews to meet the full team and cross category representatives. Interviews are more conversational without difficult, trick questions. Had many different rounds of interviews, and some also leading to other job openings suitable for my profile as it is a large company with multiple offers.

Hiring process was ridiculous. I came in five times, five interviews. I should have removed myself from the candidate list after three interviews but figured I see it through. I ended up getting on offer but declined it because if the interview process was insane, I was worried about how the rest of the company was ran.
