Offered interview less than a week after date closed. It was on Teams with three panel members, though I had been told it would be four. One panel member was online, with two conference calling from (I presume) the office. Was hard to hear the folk from the office and the automatic camera angles made it quite distracting. They asked fairly simple questions, with a lot of focus on working independently and working with a range of stakeholders. Had to prepare a 15-minute presentation in advance, then I was asked questions and then had chance to ask questions too. I got offered a second, in-person interview but I declined.
