Pretty much easy to interact with the interviewers and the panel. I was asked give a crisp intro about myself. The question the panel approached are bit tricky to handle

Smooth process, very light interview, focus on the skills and capabilities.
if more than one round, more focus on the commitment and attitude of the participant.
In executive level interview, focus on vision.

The interview was fairly simple and the process went easily. Only a few basic skills are tested for. Interview was mostly about personal anecdotal experiences and the connect and passion towards the social sector
