Interviewers were decent with their questions, The recruitment team is completely unprofessional with their responsiveness it's as if you are supposed to be your own HR.
The company realigns themselves mid of the process to check whether they even want to hire for a certain role.
I would suggest not to keep any hopes as the people team will never bring any transperancy into the process and mostly will end up not proceeding further

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It began with an initial HR screening where I was asked basic questions about my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical round where I had to discuss my previous work experience and solve a few domain-specific problems. I was then given a short assignment to complete within a stipulated time, which tested my practical understanding of the role. The final round involved a panel interview with senior team members who asked situational and behavioral questions to assess my fit with the company culture. Communication was prompt throughout, and the overall experience was professional and positive.

Entretien
HR initially set up a call, followed by a one-hour discussion with an interviewer the next week. The conversation was relaxed, focusing on my past experience and career aspirations, and I received a comprehensive introduction to the product and an overview of how the team functions, this really helped me understand the company culture. I truly enjoyed the engaging and genuine process. However, after receiving the generic rejection mail, I was disappointed by the lack of explanation or closure regarding why I wasn’t moved to the next round.
