The interview process at Dexters consists of you attending 3 separate interviews. The first one is more of an informal and friendly chat with a recruitment consultant who mainly tries to find out a bit more information from you and tries to find out what you’re looking for in your next job. The second and third interview include you going into the office and meeting with 2 directors who will go into a bit more detail about the role and ask you a few questions to find out more about you! Overall, it was positive interview experience. Those conducting the interviews were all really nice and made me feel comfortable & at ease.
