I am left very confused by this whole process. It was over a month with 4 interviews, all with really positive feedback, only to be completely ghosted. Such as waste of mine and their time? I first interviewed on the phone, then in Fulham with Charlie and Charlie who were really nice, but said there were no ops at Fulham at the time so sent my details to west London. I then interviewed on zoom with the manager of the west london offices, who was nice and said he felt like acton would be a good op. I then interviewed with one of there other companies who they own in acton in person. It was positive and he said he'd get back to me. He then rang me saying he'd like me to work there but just needed to look at some things. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything so emailed him, and he said he was looking at somewhere that needed someone and would get back to me? He never did. Total waste of time and just completely bizzare. If you don't want me tell me but everytime I asked they'd be "just waiting" for something....I wasn't living in London at the time and wasted much money and time coming in for interviews for nothing. Wish I hadn't bothered. The hours sound horrible also and the basic pay is peanuts.

Got a call from a recruiter. He then booked me for an interview with a recruitment manager. The interview went well and I was told that I would hear back regarding possible job openings closer to my area. Multiple job opening came thought however I heard nothing back. I emailed again and called to say I’m still interested in working for Dexters to only be told that I am not in their priority and they are prioritising internal applicants. Why would they advertise these positions online then? Very unprofessional and lack of follow up.
