I got to the last round of interviews. The interviewer seemed like he could not wait to get off the interview with me. They rejected me stating that they wanted a number to an answer that did not require a number. The question felt intrusive and I answered it in a way that still respected my privacy. If they required a number as an answer to the question, then the question should be reworded as it was a poorly designed interview question. Everyone I know who I told about it also felt a number was not needed as an answer. I feel like they wasted my time and did not give me a valid reason as to why I was not selected after making it to the last round.

Phone call with national recruiter followed by a phone call with the local recruiting manager manager, followed by an onsite panel/team interview. This process took less than two weeks overall to complete.

It was one round interview They asked general questions as About family, education. Self introduction. How many members in family. What my parents do? Where am from? My previous work experience?
