The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first interview was with the India head, who asked me about my relevant work experience etc. The second was with my line manager, who was also the country head for India. It was a pleasant experience and I was mostly asked about my background. Not many technical questions. The third was with the administrative head of DTWI, and he asked me questions related to the administrative and logistical problems regarding the deworming programme. It wasn't relevant to my job description, neither was it relevant to my prior workex.
