The interview process is multi-layered and thorough. It begins with an initial phone screen to assess qualifications and interest, followed by a technical assessment to evaluate role-specific skills. Candidates then complete a one-way video interview submission, where they respond to pre-set questions. Next are behavioral and cognitive assessments to gauge personality fit and problem-solving abilities. The final stage consists of three rounds of video interviews with various team members and leadership to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the firm’s values.

The interview process was a bit longer than others, but also made me feel more closely like it was the correct fit at the end. Definitely different than others as they actually listened to my story versus just going off of my resume.
