Contacted by recruiter, who asked me basic questions. Followed by a technical round, which included in-depth questions about Kubernetes and cloud architecture. This round was fairly difficult, and I was not able to answer several questions. After the technical round, I was not contacted again.

The interview process had 2 rounds, both are purely technical, also there were only scenario based questions, only it was a very smooth process, I cleared the first round and was eligible for second. Second around also contained scenario based questions

I applied via LinkedIn referral in June'23. At first, the HR reached out to me on call and asked if I have necessary knowledge and experience in DevOps (I worked as a Support Engineer but had enough DevOps knowledge in my 1 year experience) Step 1:- 25 MCQs in 25 mins on Hackerearth platform. Step 2:- I received a call after 2 days for my first technical interview (45 mins) where I was asked about DevOps profile, previous working experience (weak point), tools and technologies knowledge. I was suggested by interviewer to take a placement course from any training institute and then get back to field. Step 3:- After 4 days, I received call for second technical round (45 mins) which was similar to first round (different questions on Github commands, Ansible, Docker, Linux, Jenkins). The interviewer was helpful and suggested me to learn Terraform as well. Step 4:- After 2 weeks, the HR again called asking me to appear for another technical round with Director of Engineering. The level of questions asked were mostly of 2 years plus experience knowledge in DevOps(Although, it was 0+ years of experience hiring). He suggested me to get a good hands on knowledge and then apply to this post. No call for another week and when I called HR, he said that we are not able to hire you because you lack skills and interview review was not good.
