Got shortlisted through the campus process. Resume based shortlist. Looked for regular peaks, GPA, extra-currics, courses undertaken, extra-currics. Priority to leadership roles. Buddy calls help you and the firm evaluate each other.

Question 1
Basic questions, mostly HR as i did not have a background in Finance. Why do you want to join finance? What do you know about time value of money? A sample airline indutry based case study was given as well. Some questions on linear regression and was asked to explan how interest rate swaps work.
Straightforward. All of the questions which one would expect to be asked for a position of this type in this location. There were no surprises. There were multiple questions which were asked by the interviewer.

Phone screen and panel interview with 4 people. All had their cameras off even though HR specified it would be a video interview. Very awkward and 2 of them didn't ask me any questions or talk. Did not hear back from HR regarding update on application status.
