The environment is very dynamic but not frantic. The interview is extremely focused on the requirements of the task at hand. The process is not tedious nor tricky just very based on expertise and skills.

I was offered an interview with the company. I went to the interview but skipped the gathering they had planned earlier on. The interview went well and I made it to the final round of interviews, which was the next day. I attended a hang out kind of session at a bar and talked to recruiters and executives. It was a good experience overall, I enjoyed socializing with them. The next day the interviewer asked me questions and told me they were all correct. However no offer :S But I bet its whats best for me, and I'm proud of other opportunities I've been able to achieve.
