They are not taking interview seriously and just doing timepass with candidate. They don't have value for candidates time, knowledge, experience, talent etc etc. The panel didn't joined twice for the interview and nothing was informed. I almost spoiled by 30 mins on each interview just sitting idle. No Intimation from HR Team. Third time they took casual interview just for sake and it's almost 2 weeks HR Team don't have feedback on interview. Don't apply for such companies who don't have values for candidate. This clearly shows Poor internal communication between Teams on DB.
