J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deutsche Bank (Singapour)
Entretien
There are 2 rounds of 2-to-1 interviews. One with analyst and associate. Another with higher managers/directors. I did not get into the second round. Everything was done withing 2 weeks. Since it was the first round, I expected to be interviewed by HR personnel and asked usual behavioural questions. However, only technical questions were asked so I was not prepared. It was very obvious that one of the interviewers were very disinterested in my answers.

Question 1
All technical questions. Nothing particularly difficult. How to calculate Free Cash Flow, How to account for Non Controlling Interest in the Income Statement. Would EV/EBITDA of a company increase or decrease over the year.

Online Assessment straight to AC, which was very odd. Technical was not too difficult, case study was vague and unhelpful. Personal was fine, no interesting questions asked. Seemed relatively easy for an IB graduate job. Little information and engagement beforehand.

The overall process very transparent and fast - from uploading the first documents on the career portal to the final decision it was ca 5 weeks, there was 1 week between the day I finished the online test and the phone call. The interview day was well structured and they called me the next morning with an offer - also way faster than I anticipated.
