Super-day consisted for two rounds of 3 on 1 interviews. Largely behavioral/ walk through resume. Few questions about how DB is doing currently, high level audit process. Job offer received same day.

Application process took about 3 weeks. Than i had 3 interview rounds on their virtual day. 2 personal fit, last one was case study and presentation. Each interview had 2 recruiters. All very kind, open, and overall people I could imagine to work with. DB focuses a lot on personal fitting in my view
