Setup through a recruiter, the pre-interview communication was largely obscured; however, upon my initial contact with the HR person, I was made to feel welcome. The interview was setup as a video-conference with some folks in another part of the country, and, although that was a first-time experience for me, it worked out well. The two gentlemen were polite and accommodating, but the heavy accents and conferenced interview made understanding everything a bit difficult.
