J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deutsche Bank (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2014
Entretien
I was appointed by a London Consultancy but obviously the managers of the project wanted to see me themselves before I was appointed to the assignment. The interview was arranged very quickly and I was interviewed in person at DB offices by a manager and a Director. The interviewers were quite friendly and whilst it was not an interrogation they did ask quite searching questions and used a number of project / industry terms in order to test whether I really did have knowledge and experience of the environment. They were particularly interested in how I would report progress, risks and issues and escalate to management.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were mainly aimed to understand my past project experience and my approach to handling the specific project to which I would be assigned. The questions were all "real life" rather than any of the more "how traffic lights are there in London" type questions.
