Phone, in person, personality review, 4th interview. Took over 2 months. Overall not a bad experience just took a long time. The personality testing was interesting. When discussing it was filled with inflated suggestions about personality. Seemed more like it was a review of what they hope for in a candidate and if you will accept or deny these traits.
