The discussion was relevant to the role and covered key aspects of frontend development. After that, I was given a technical assignment, which I found to be well-designed. It was manageable within 1 to 3 days, even for someone who is currently employed. Finally, I received a job offer via email, which included a salary of €1,500 gross per month and a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Unfortunately, I found the compensation to be significantly low for a senior-level position, which was a major drawback. Overall, while the process itself was smooth and well-structured, the offered salary did not align with senior-level expectations.
