The process was quick moving and simple. Applied online then was contacted via email to schedule a phone screening with the recruiter to learn a little about the position. A second email was sent moving on to the next round to schedule a 30 minute Zoom interview with two managers. It was very personable and felt like I was catching up with friends. The decision to hire kept getting pushed back until the position was placed on an indefinite hold. Totally understand in today’s climate of COVID. Feedback was provided in the follow up which I definitely appreciated. I wish them the best of luck!

Phone screen with recruiter followed by 30 minute phone interview with 2 team members. To be honest, a 30 minute interview with 2 teammates didn't seem like enough time and there were connection issues from the start of the interview that made it a very negative experience. The recruiter also did a poor job of updating on where they were in the process. There's definitely A LOT of room for improvement on the interview/recruiting process.

The interview process was seamless for me. Chardae was the recruiter that reached out to me for the initial phone interview and she was nothing but nice and helpful. I then had another phone interview with 3 team members, who were all also very nice, and was offered the job the same day. I imagine the process would have been different if it wasn't during the pandemic, but it was all very positive for me.
